This role reflects what modern product engineering looks like: ownership across the stack, strong product judgment, and the ability to turn early ideas into polished experiences used by real customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTake full responsibility for features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring.\nDesign, build, and ship our mobile application using React Native and TypeScript.\nDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.\nWork across the client, backend, databases, analytics, and supporting infrastructure.\nCollaborate closely with product and design to turn early ideas into fast, intuitive, and polished user experiences.\nAnalyze product and production data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and guide improvements.\nMake pragmatic technical decisions that balance development speed, quality, and maintainability.\nImprove our testing, deployment, observability, and release processes.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on software development, with a proven track record of shipping production applications used by real users.\nStrong full-stack experience: you've built both modern client apps (web or mobile, e.g., React, TypeScript) and the backend services behind them, not just contributed to one side.\nStrong backend experience in a modern language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
