You’ll combine sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with founders and teams across the business to turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities and measurable results.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn strategic and operational initiatives end to end, from defining the problem and building the business case to execution and measuring results.\n\nIdentify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve unit economics, and make our operations more efficient.\n\nTurn complex data, customer insights, and market research into clear recommendations - and put them into action.\n\nBuild and scale processes, tools, and workflows that help ARQ move faster, using AI and automation wherever they make a meaningful difference.\n\nDefine and track success metrics, spot issues early, and drive improvements across the business.\n\nWork across product, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance to unblock decisions and deliver on shared priorities.\n\nLead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, and other strategic partners - when relevant to your projects.\n\nWhat you'll need\nPrevious experience thriving somewhere demanding, like MBB, a high-growth startup, or a business operating at significant scale.\n\nStrong analytical skills. You can structure ambiguous problems, work confidently with data, and connect your analysis to business decisions.\n\nA track record of getting things done. You take ownership of outcomes and follow through from recommendation to implementation.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication. You translate complexity into clarity for frontline teams and executives.\n\nA bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.
