You will be hiring for different positions - in Europe and LatAm\n\nAn excellent sourcing toolkit - we don't rely on inbound and believe in reaching out to passive talent (agency or sourcer background is preferred)\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates.\n\nHigh EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit.
