Engineering Program Manager

Join Array Labs as an Engineering Program Manager, where you will be responsible for executing the engineering roadmaps and company priorities. You will build and maintain schedules, resolve resource conflicts, and work closely with engineering leadership and the executive team. Your role will be critical in delivering mission-critical hardware and software that will improve our understanding of the changing planet.

Missions

• Definir y comunicar la estructura, el alcance y los hitos claros del programa, y construir y mantener los cronogramas para los proyectos y programas.
• Coordinar con los equipos para mantener los entregables en movimiento, identificar las necesidades de recursos y negociar la dotación de personal con los gerentes funcionales.
• Superar los riesgos temprano y proponer mitigaciones prácticas, y traducir las hojas de ruta de ingeniería en elementos de lanzamiento concretos y planes de ejecución.

Profil recherché

- Demonstrated ability to learn new, highly technical concepts rapidly and independently in a fast-paced environment

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- A high level of personal accountability and the "whatever it takes" attitude required to hit mission-critical deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between deep-tech engineering details and executive-level strategy

- Hands-on experience in the design, development, integration, or test of electronic or mechanical hardware systems

- Experience with scripting (Python, SQL) or data visualization tools to automate program metrics and performance tracking

- Proven success in a high-growth, ambiguous, or "clean-sheet" hardware environment

- Familiarity or experience with the aerospace industry or exposure to development of safety-critical hardware systems
