This junior role focuses on assisting with routine accounting tasks, basic analysis, and supporting month-end close, tax, and audit processes under supervision.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRecord supplier invoices, employee expenses, and banking transactions in the accounting system.\nAssist with account reconciliations and basic accounting analysis.\nSupport the preparation and submission of recurring tax filings.\nMaintain and organize accounting documentation and records.\nProvide support during the monthly closing process for STI Spain and its subsidiaries.\nAssist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits.\nPerform other administrative and accounting support tasks as required.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nExperience: 1-2 year of experience in accounting, internships or trainee roles will be valued.\n Languages: English (B1 level).\nTechnical skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.\nGood organizational skills and sense of responsibility.\nAbility to follow procedures and work with accuracy.\nProactive attitude and eagerness to develop accounting knowledge.\nTeam player with good communication skills.\nBasic understanding of accounting principles.\nHigh level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nAt Array Tech, Inc, we strive to lead with our culture and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
