You will manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts. You will support high volume contracting activity. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements. You will help enforce contracting standards and support the business with clear, timely legal guidance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements and supply agreements.\n\nManage contract workflows from intake through execution.\n\nMaintain contract templates and playbooks.\n\nIdentify risk in contract terms and recommend practical solutions.\n\nCoordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations.\n\nEnsure contracts comply with company policies.\n\nSupport implementation of contracting procedures.\n\nTrack contract obligations and renewals.\n\nPrepare summaries for internal stakeholders.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of contracting processes.\n\nQualifications:\nJD and active bar admission in good standing.\n\n5+ years experience focused on commercial contracting.\n\nExperience in the renewable energy industry required. Solar industry experience preferred.\n\nExperience with procurement contracts or supply agreements.\n\nStrong drafting and negotiation skills.\n\nAbility to assess legal risk in commercial terms.\n\nStrong judgment.\n\nClear written and verbal communication.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\n\nAbility to collaborate across functions.\n\nHigh ethical standards.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in both law firm and in house environments.\nStrong analytical skills.\nAbility to develop practical legal strategies.\nProblem solving ability.\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
