Develop strategies to manage market volatility, including alternative sourcing options, hedging and inventory strategies. \nInventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control teams to manage commodity inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. Analyze demand forecasts, lead times, and consumption patterns to determine optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. \nSupplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery performance, and responsiveness. \nCollaboration with all legal entities sharing best practices and implementing sourcing strategy & daily close collaboration with CoE - Asia\nQualifications:\nDegree in Engineering, mechanical/electrical specialization\nB2/C1 English\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience negotiating internationally\nTime management: Deadlines and stress resistance\nPreferred qualifications:\nAnalytical capacity\nNegotiation, planning, and self-management skills\nCommitment to meet deadlines\nAutonomy and proactivity, and initiative to be aligned with market trends Responsibility\nHigh communication, relationship, and management skills with the environment (teamwork, different areas and other legal entities)\nKnowledge of the steel production process and/or electrical-electronic components\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive tolead withourculture andbelieve that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
