The Director of Global Technical Accounting reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and frequently liaises with global divisions. This role demands a profound grasp of international accounting standards, top-tier financial reporting capabilities, expertise in global financial statement consolidation, and advanced technical accounting skills with up to day US GAAP knowledge and SEC reporting. Traveling internationally on a as needed basis, the ideal candidate will embrace the vibrancy and diversity of global financial landscapes.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nProvide strategic leadership on all technical accounting matters on a global scale.\nWork in partnership with the Sr. Director, Global Revenue Recognition on all revenue related matters.\nProvide training and ongoing US GAAP support to the global Controller’s organization on all technical accounting matters.\nLead and oversee global financial statement consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across various regions and entities.\nOversee the quarterly and annual financial reporting and ensure financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.\nWork cohesively with the Controller’s organization to ensure alignment of financial practices across different international standards.\nPlay a pivotal role in setting, reviewing, and refining accounting policies and procedures.\nProvide primary support on all technical accounting matters including white paper authoring.\nSupport the annual audit and quarterly review with the auditors on relevant technical accounting matters.\nResponsible for timely performance of all relevant controls over financial reporting. \nSpearhead research initiatives to stay abreast of U.S. GAAP, global accounting trends and regulatory changes.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity.\nQualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree is preferable.\nCPA certification is required.\n12+ years of accounting experience, including significant roles in BIG 4 and other public companies.\nExtensive international experience, especially in financial reporting and in-depth understanding of international accounting standards.\nRobust analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated leadership in collaborative environments, with a talent for fostering strong international relationships.\nTechnical proficiency in ASC 606, ASC 842, purchase price allocations, and other complex accounting transactions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh level of adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic global settings.\nExpertise in global financial statement consolidation methodologies and tools.\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
