teams.\nManage organizational capacity planning and workforce allocation to support current and future business needs.\nParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development activities.\nFoster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nIdentify organizational needs and drive initiatives that support the growth and maturity of the department.\nOperational Management\nEnsure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of supervision, commissioning, and operational support activities associated with projects.\nOversee the allocation and utilization of internal and external resources to meet project commitments.\nCoordinate field and back-office teams to ensure efficient execution aligned with project objectives.\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures and quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.\nSupport effective project transitions between execution, commissioning, and warranty phases.\nResource Prioritization & Escalation Management\nAct as the primary operational escalation point for issues related to resources, planning, and project execution.\nEstablish resource priorities in coordination with Project Management when competing project demands arise.\nFacilitate the resolution of complex operational issues while minimizing risks and ensuring business continuity.\nEscalate strategic issues and decisions beyond delegated authority to Service Leadership when required.\nTechnical & Operational Excellence\nServe as a technical and operational reference point for the teams under your responsibility.\nEvaluate supervision, commissioning, and execution processes to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and profitability.\nParticipate actively in the resolution of critical incidents and highly complex technical or organizational situations.\nLead continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.\n\nDefine, monitor, and report operational KPIs related to productivity, resource utilization, quality, and efficiency.\nSupplier & Contractor Management\nDefine and execute the department's subcontracting strategy.\nSelect, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers and contractors.\nMonitor supplier and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.\nOptimize operational costs while maintaining the flexibility and capacity required to support business demands.\nundefined\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum of 8 years of proven experience in field supervision, commissioning, and execution of industrial or renewable energy projects.\nPrevious experience leading operational field teams and coordinating project execution activities in international environments.\nStrong understanding of project execution, commissioning, incident management, and project handover to warranty processes.\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).\nWillingness and availability to travel internationally as required by the business.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMore than 10 years of experience in field supervision, commissioning, and management of complex industrial projects in national and international environments.\nProven experience leading Service organizations, including field teams, Service Operations functions, and subcontracted resources.\nExtensive experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and management of multiple concurrent projects and priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to act as an operational escalation point, managing risks, conflicts, and highly complex technical or organizational situations.\nDeep knowledge of project execution, field supervision, commissioning, technical support, and warranty transition processes, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.\nAbility to combine organizational leadership with hands-on operational involvement, providing technical guidance and direct support during critical field, back-office, or project execution situations.\nSolid experience in customer management, negotiation, and escalation handling within international projects, acting as a senior-level reference in complex situations when required.\nExperience managing suppliers, subcontractors, operational budgets, and operational KPI performance.\nStrong leadership, influencing, communication, and change management skills, with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and high-performance team development.\nProficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1 preferred) and willingness to travel internationally as business needs
