This role works closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop accurate design solutions, maintain drafting standards, and ensure compliance with industry and company requirements. The position requires strong SolidWorks expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to support the full product design lifecycle.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nCreate detailed and accurate 2D and 3D mechanical models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.\nProduce technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.\nInterpret engineering concepts and translate design requirements into manufacturing-ready drawings.\nCollaborate with engineers and stakeholders to develop, revise, and improve product designs.\nSupport the development and maintenance of drafting and modeling standards.\nParticipate in SolidWorks PDM administration and document management activities.\nMaintain CAD templates, configurations, libraries, and related documentation.\nReview drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.\nPerform design revisions and modifications based on engineering changes and customer requirements.\nDevelop illustrations and technical graphics for manuals, instructions, and technical publications.\nApply engineering and mathematical principles to support product design and documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within design and drafting processes.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nAssociate Degree in CAD Modeling, Drafting, Mechanical Design, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and mechanical drafting using SolidWorks.\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with SolidWorks PDM.\nExperience developing and managing configurations in models and drawings.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.
