Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer, dotted line reporting to: Senior HR Manager, EMEA

Location: Pamplona, Spain

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), EMEA serves as a Corporate HR representative within the EMEA region and acts as a business partner to leaders and employees in the region. Reporting directly to Corporate HR Leadership in Chandler, Arizona, and working closely with the Senior HR Manager, EMEA, this role is responsible for aligning regional people strategies with Array's global business and human resources objectives.

The Senior HRBP will focus on enabling revenue growth, supporting operational execution, attracting and retaining top talent, implementing corporate HR programs including total rewards, developing organizational capability, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to effectively partner with leaders while ensuring consistent execution of corporate HR strategies, programs, and policies across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate HR Program Execution

  • Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region.

  • Partner closely with Chandler-based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development.

  • Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes.

  • Drive consistent use of global HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region.

  • Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.

  • Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Revenue Growth Enablement

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies support revenue growth objectives.

  • Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and talent needs that may impact commercial performance.

  • Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations that improve business results.

Operational Execution

  • Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable successful project delivery and customer support.

  • Partner with leaders to drive productivity, accountability, and execution across the organization.

  • Anticipate and address workforce challenges that could impact operational performance.

Talent Acquisition, Retention and Workforce Planning

  • Lead efforts to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition.

  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Support succession planning and retention strategies for key talent and leadership roles.

Talent Development and Organizational Capability

  • Partner with Corporate Talent Development to deploy leadership and employee development programs.

  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning discussions.

  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and engagement.

Employee Safety, Compliance, and Employee Relations

  • Partner with local EHS leadership and management to advance employee safety and foster a strong safety culture aligned with company safety goals and priorities.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

  • Lead complex employee relations matters and partner with legal counsel when necessary.

  • Identify and mitigate employment-related risks across supported countries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA.

  • Demonstrated success implementing HR programs for a U.S.-headquartered company.

  • Strong business partnering, talent management, and organizational development experience.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial organizations.

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Experience working with Works Councils and labor representative bodies.
