Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Service and Warranty, this role leads the leaders of regional field service, warranty management, and aftermarket sales & support. It is a key role for cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for renewable energy.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nManage and mentor leaders who are responsible for field service professionals across commissioning, warranty, and aftermarket sales & support.\nFoster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport training initiatives to ensure teams are equipped with current procedures and technologies.\nOversee day-to-day field service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and adherence to service standards.\nMonitor KPIs such as response times, issue resolution rates, and system uptime.\nImplement standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.\nServe as a key point of contact for field-related customer interactions.\nAddress escalations professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.\nCollaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align service delivery with client expectations.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and Quality teams to troubleshoot technical issues and share field insights.\nContribute to product improvement initiatives by relaying field data and service trends.\nPromote and enforce safety protocols across all field activities.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA and industry standards; support certification tracking and training efforts.\nProvide regular updates on field performance, service metrics, and customer feedback.\nAssist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in field service, technical operations, or project management.\nExperience in renewable energy or industrial systems preferred.\nStrong leadership and team-building skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite.\nFamiliarity with OSHA standards and safety program implementation.\nAbility to travel (~25%) and support field teams in dynamic environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with utility-scale solar projects or solar tracking systems.\nCertifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP).\nTechnical aptitude in mechanical/electrical systems and ability to interpret technical drawings.\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
