The role is intended for experienced field professionals who can manage daily site operations, lead commissioning work, resolve complex technical issues, and provide cross-functional support to Project Management, Field Operations, Warranty, and After Sales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Execution and Site Support\nCoordinate daily site activities with customers, contractors, Project Management, and assigned field resources.\nMonitor and support installation and commissioning progress against approved milestones, identify deviations, and drive or recommend corrective actions within the assigned scope.\nDevelop site-support strategies, technician work plans, resource needs, and execution priorities for assigned projects.\nVerify compliance with approved drawings, installation manuals, commissioning procedures, quality requirements, and contracted service scope.\nLead site-readiness assessments, mechanical-completion reviews, punch-list management, and technical handover preparation.\nProvide concise daily or weekly reporting on progress, risks, constraints, decisions, and required actions.\nCommissioning and Technical Support\nLead cold and hot commissioning activities, functional validation, and technical acceptance within assigned authority.\nServe as a technical escalation point for mechanical, electrical, control-system, installation, and operational issues.\nProvide advanced remote and on-site troubleshooting and coordinate specialist support when needed.\nDefine plant functionalities and operating requirements with customers before commissioning and document the agreed technical baseline.\nPrepare and deliver technical training to customers, contractors, and internal teams.\nWarranty and After-Sales Support\nCoordinate assigned Level 2 warranty cases from technical assessment through resolution and documented closure.\nSupport failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis by providing field evidence, technical interpretation, and corrective-action follow-up.\nMaintain technical ownership of assigned project issues from commissioning through warranty closeout.\nLead technical close-out and customer-acceptance activities for assigned projects.\nIdentify and qualify aftermarket opportunities, including inspections, upgrades, training, optimization, and maintenance services.\nContinuous Improvement & Operational excellence\nDevelop and improve procedures, work instructions, checklists, and field-quality controls.\nAnalyze productivity and project deviations and recommend improvements to execution methods and resource use.\nShare lessons learned across Service Operations, Warranty, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and After Sales.\nProvide day-to-day guidance to Specialist I personnel and field technicians without direct supervisory responsibility unless assigned.\nCore Competencies\nCustomer focus and professional communication\nSafety mindset and personal telecommunications, or related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in field supervision, installation, commissioning, field operations, or industrial service environments.\nDemonstrated experience independently coordinating daily site operations and technical interfaces among customers, contractors, and internal teams.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability and ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and commissioning documentation.\nExperience leading commissioning, functional testing, technical acceptance, or comparable field-validation activities.\nProfessional English proficiency sufficient to lead technical discussions, training, reporting, and customer communication.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, trackers, industrial automation, or heavy equipment.\nExperience supporting RCA, warranty investigations, or corrective-action programs.\nKnowledge of PLC, SCADA, data acquisition, networking, or industrial control systems.\nStrong capability with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital project or field-service
