We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team onsite in Pamplona, Spain. This role will support recruiting efforts across both the LATAM and EMEA regions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a broad range of functions.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong international recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is strongly preferred, as this role will collaborate regularly with leaders and stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Latin America.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent across EMEA and LATAM.\n\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring plans.\n\nManage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles.\n\nBuild diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, social media, industry events, and other innovative recruiting channels.\n\nConduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and talent assessments to identify highly qualified candidates.\n\nProvide consultative guidance to hiring managers regarding talent market trends, compensation expectations, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.\n\nEnsure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process while serving as a strong ambassador of the Array employer brand.\n\nCollaborate with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders to support workforce planning and recruiting initiatives.\n\nMaintain recruiting data integrity and provide regular reporting and hiring metrics.\n\nPartner with the global HR team to ensure compliance with local employment laws and recruiting practices across supported countries.\n\nSupport employer branding, university relations, talent community development, and internship programs.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate functions.\n\nExperience recruiting across multiple countries within EMEA and/or LATAM.\n\nFluent verbal and written English is required.\n\nFluent verbal and written Spanish is required.\n\nExperience working for or supporting a U.S.-based company strongly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.\n\nWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment regulations, and talent acquisition processes.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience supporting global organizations in a matrixed environment.\n\nRenewable energy, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology industry recruiting experience.\n\nStrong business acumen and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders.\n\nExperience supporting employer branding, talent community development, and recruitment marketing initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with behavioral assessments and talent evaluation tools.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Portuguese is strongly
