ATI is the current core of Array and generates greater than a billion dollars of revenue annually and is the driving profit center of the global tracker business.\nThis role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial management within a global outsourcing and manufacturing context, particularly in the renewable energy sector. The VP, Finance will drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the Segment’s financial health and alignment with its strategic goals.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nStrategic Financial Leadership:\nDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the segment’s growth and profitability objectives.\nProvide strategic recommendations to the business partners, CFO executive team, and on occasion the Company board of directors.\nFinancial Planning and Analysis:\nOversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.\nConduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.\nReview strategic investments thru DCF, IRR and payback analysis\nFinancial Reporting:\nEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.\nOversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.\nManage relationships with auditors and coordinate audit activities.\nRisk Management:\nDevelop and implement risk management policies and procedures.\nMonitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nOperational Finance:\nLead and manage the finance team, ensuring the development and performance of staff.\nImplement best practices in financial operations, including cost control and efficiency improvement.\nOversee financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including cost accounting and inventory management.\nCorporate Development:\nSupport mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities.\nEvaluate and integrate acquisitions to ensure financial alignment and value creation.\nCompliance and Governance:\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.\nOversee corporate governance processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
