Your journey starts here!\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.\nThis role can be based in Malta, Dubai, Serbia or Gibraltar.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.\nSupport client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.\nWork with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.\nCollect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.\nProvide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.\nMonitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.\nResolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.\nParticipate in industry events and client meetings when required.\nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU:\n1-2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).\nTrack record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.\nCommercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nFluent in English (spoken and written).\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
