Your journey starts here.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role combining delivery coordination, build and deployment execution, and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with teams to ensure builds are consistently delivered, tested, and available for review, while keeping communication clear and expectations aligned across all parties.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nDelivery & Coordination\nMaintain structure and visibility across ongoing deliverables, tasks, and milestones. \nTrack ownership and deadlines, follow up on progress, and ensure timely execution. \nParticipate in internal and external meetings to capture requirements, decisions, and action items. \nDocument outcomes of discussions to ensure clarity and continuity for the team. \nMaintain clear visibility of delivery status, dependencies, and potential risks. \nSupport prioritization and coordination across teams without direct managerial authority. \nTechnical Execution\nWork with existing tools and pipelines to:\nCreate and manage builds. \nDeploy builds to target environments or devices. \nPrepare builds for internal testing and stakeholder review. \nPerform sanity checks, smoke testing, and basic validation of builds. \nDistribute deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback.\nTroubleshoot build, deployment, or environment-related issues where possible. \nAct as a practical technical support layer for delivery and release activities. \nCommunication & Stakeholder Support\nServe as a point of contact for delivery updates and build availability. \nTranslate technical progress into clear, structured, and actionable updates. \nEnsure alignment of expectations between technical teams and stakeholders. \nSupport transparent and consistent communication across all involved parties. \nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\nStrong hands-on technical background (software, tools, or build systems relevant to the team). \nExperience with build systems, deployment workflows, or CI/CD pipelines. \nAbility to set up, run, and test builds independently. \nComfortable working with existing tools and adapting to new ones quickly.\nSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \nProfessional proficient in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily). \nExcellent organization and task-tracking abilities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nComfortable working across disciplines (engineering, QA, stakeholders).\nHigh attention to detail and follow-through. \nProactive, self-driven, and reliable. \nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience in game development, software delivery, or technical production roles. \nFamiliarity with Agile or iterative development workflows. \nPrevious experience acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. \nBasic scripting or
