Your journey starts here.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our Live Casino products, creating premium designs that captivate players and elevate the ARRISE brand. You will combine creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Studio, Fashion, UX/UI, and Development teams.\nIn this role, you'll help define visual direction, contribute to product innovation, and ensure every design delivers an engaging, polished, and memorable player experience. the creation and execution of premium visual designs for Live Casino games and related digital products.\nDesign high-quality visual assets, including logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, promotional materials, product branding systems, and broadcast-ready graphics.\nContinuously improve and refresh existing products to ensure they remain visually engaging, competitive, and aligned with current design trends.\nTranslate product vision and business objectives into compelling visual experiences that resonate with players.\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Studio team, Marketing, Fashion, and Art Direction throughout the creative process.\nPresent creative concepts and design solutions confidently to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.\nEnsure design implementation meets creative expectations\nContribute to the evolution of the company's visual language, design systems, and creative standards.\nStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously raise the quality of our products.\nWork efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting production deadlines.\nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\n5+ years of professional Graphic Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills.\n2+ years of experience within Live Casino, iGaming, or a similar entertainment industry.\nExperience contributing to commercially released digital products.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.\nStrong working knowledge of Figma, and AI-powered design tools.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence.\nExceptional understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, illustration, and visual storytelling.\nStrong illustration or drawing skills.\nAbility to transform business and product requirements into engaging visual solutions.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing pixel-perfect designs.\nComfortable working within Agile teams and structured production pipelines.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and accountable with excellent collaboration skills.\nDegree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field.\nFull professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nWHAT WE
