Your journey starts here.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product/Technical Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet the highest regulatory standards across multiple markets. With your expertise in regulated markets, you’ll bridge the gap between compliance and product teams, translating complex regulations into actionable solutions. If you're proactive, organised, and ready to make an impact in a fast-growing industry, join us and help shape the future of iGaming.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nCarrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets in order to correctly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/products\nReporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation\nAct as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and build strong working relationships\nSupporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned markets\nPeriodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues \nBe a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teams\nTranslate regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developers\nUndertake ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodies\nPerform detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance\nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\nOnline gaming experience (B2B or B2C) \nRegulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain) \nExperience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/markets \nClear communicator (written and verbal) \nHighly organised and proactive \nExperience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets \nExperience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be required \nMulti-product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino \nWHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE\nPrivate health insurance\nLife and travel insurance\nBreakfast & Lunch in the office once per week\nGym membership\nCloudigo discount app\nHybrid work setup for balance\nReal career growth (we promote from within -
