This role is central to delivering new live studio environments, coordinating across studio builds, infrastructure, and game integration workstreams.You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to operational go-live, driving execution through cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the most dynamic areas of the business, combining physical space delivery with cutting-edge digital technology. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nHybrid Project Management:\nManage the delivery of Live Casino projects, incorporating elements of waterfall and agile methodologies\n\nNavigate between structured planning (waterfall) and adaptive responses to change (agile) to meet project objectives effectively.\n\nLead cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.\n\nOperational Excellence:\nDrive project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards without traditional sprint structures.\n\nOversee project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks, leveraging hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.\n\nEnsure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPIs.\n\nCoordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering\n\nTranslate product concepts and designs into clear plans, scope, and realistic delivery estimates\n\nOwn timelines, dependencies, and risks - surfacing blockers early to de-risk delivery\n\nWhat we ask of you\n3+ years of project / delivery management experience, ideally in digital product or software delivery\n\nProven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design, and engineering\n\nBackground in iGaming, gaming, consumer digital products, or large-scale platforms\n\nStrong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nComfortable balancing the mindset of a gaming customer with the needs of our business-to-business clients\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment\n\nFluent English, written and verbal\n\nAbout Us\nARRISE sets the benchmark for service delivery and excellence in the iGaming industry.
