Your journey starts here.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nOwn the Reporting Ecosystem: Take responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of the Tableau reporting suite, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.\nManage Stakeholders Effectively: Act as a consultative partner to internal stakeholder, translate high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.\nBridge Data & Business: Collaborate with the data warehouse team to influence data modelling and schema design, ensuring the backend is optimized for all analytical needs.\nDrive Actionable Insights: Move beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing stakeholders with clear \"next step\" recommendations.\nStandardize BI Best Practices: Implement and maintain high standards for dashboard, data documentation, and quality assurance to ensure a \"single source of truth\"\nEnd-to-End Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of reporting projects, from initial SQL data extraction and transformation to the final visualization and stakeholder walkthrough. \nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\nExperience: 5+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role, with specific experience in the iGaming or B2B software sector. \nTechnical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
