Together, we form a cross-functional powerhouse that is driven to deliver.\nSecuring Every Moment, Protecting Every Game\nRole Description:\nAs part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Surveillance department and seeking a \nskilled and dedicated Senior Surveillance Controller to join the team.\nThis role is crucial in maintaining the security and integrity of our Live Casino operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry, demonstrate a proactive attitude and show leadership capabilities during daily operations.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor live gaming activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.\nDetect, report, and thoroughly document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.\nSupport internal investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing video footage, and compiling detailed incident reports.\nWork closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations departments to uphold the integrity of live games.\nMentor and assist Surveillance Controllers, offering guidance on complex or sensitive cases.\nIdentify and communicate potential improvements in surveillance practices and team training.\nMaintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards during all activities.\nRequirements:\nProven experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry or a related field; prior senior surveillance experience is a plus.\nDeep understanding of Live Casino operations and associated risks and compliance requirements is a plus\nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support team members.\nExceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on risk detection and mitigation.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to quickly spot irregularities in live operations.\nFlexibility to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required in 24/7 environments.\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.\nStrong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across departments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with surveillance software and monitoring systems.\nNice to have:\nExperience with surveillance technologies and security systems (e.g., cameras, monitoring protocols).\nKnowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nExperience in proposing or implementing process improvements in a compliance or security context. \nWhat we offer in exchange:\nWe offer an advantageous start salary;\nA detailed company training on highest standards;\nTremendous growth opportunities in a large fast moving international company;\nAdditional health insurance (outpatient & hospital medical care, dental care, coverage of dioptric glasses and more);\nFully covered public transportation card;\nMultiSport card, fully covered by the Employer;\nFood vouchers 82 EUR Net monthly \nReady to Elevate Your Career?
