You'll gain an understanding of how technology works in a real operational environment and how digital solutions can make a difference to both our colleagues and customers.\nThroughout the programme, you'll develop your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, while gaining insight into how digital and technology can support transformation across a large international organisation.\nYou'll also have opportunities to contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, digital transformation, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.\nLocation: This role can be based at our Sunderland or London office and operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nWe're not expecting you to have all the answers.
