Our shared vision, ownership, and culture fuel our mission to revolutionize autonomous delivery.\nThe Role:\nThe Accounting Analyst supports Arrive AI’s Finance & Administration function across day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This is a hands-on, early-career role for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience who wants to learn how finance works inside a fast-growing public company. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you’ll build a strong foundation in accounting and reporting while gaining broad exposure to the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, eager to learn, and excited to use modern tools-including AI-to work smarter.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAccounting Operations\nAssist with the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals\nProcess and review expenses, receipts, and transactions in Ramp, ensuring accurate coding and documentation\nMaintain organized, audit-ready records and support requests from auditors and advisors\nBudgeting & Forecasting\nTrack and reconcile actuals against budget and forecast each month\nSupport the budgeting and forecasting process, including preparing variance analysis\nHelp prepare financial projections and supporting schedules for leadership\nFinancial Reporting\nHelp prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports\nSupport the preparation of schedules and supporting documentation for external and SEC reporting\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize financial performance and actuals vs. forecasts\nHelp ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables\nSystems & Process\nLearn and work within Arrive AI’s internal financial systems and tools\nUse AI tools to build reports, automate repetitive tasks, and improve analysis\nIdentify and suggest improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows\nFinancial Analysis\nSupport analysis of potential deals, investments, and business opportunities\nHelp build and maintain financial models under the guidance of senior finance staff\nSummarize financial information clearly for team members across the team time\nAt this time we are not supporting sponsorship.\nAt this time we are not offering relocation.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)\n0-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships count)\nSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals (GAAP, debits/credits, financial statements)\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nEagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow responsibilities over time\nProblem-solving mindset with a willingness to use AI tools to improve workflows\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with flexible hours as needed\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills-able to work with team members who have varying levels of financial knowledge\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship or work experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or FP&A\nExposure to public company or SEC reporting\nExperience with Power BI or other data visualization tools\nFamiliarity with Ramp or similar spend management / accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)\nExperience using AI tools for analysis, reporting, or automation\nInterest in a startup or growth-stage company
