Our shared vision, ownership, and culture fuel our mission to revolutionize autonomous delivery.\nThe Role:\nThe Field Quality Technician plays a critical role in validating the performance, reliability, and safety of Arrive AI’s autonomous delivery hardware, including Arrive Points, drone integrations, and related electromechanical systems.\nThis role is responsible for executing mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing in alignment with approved test plans, targeted industry standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, prototype-driven environment as well as within deployed environments.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide expertise on electrotechnical diagnosis on customer environments, including on-site travel.\n Configure laboratory test equipment in accordance with approved test procedures and test requests.\nExecute mechanical, electrical, and environmental product testing safely and accurately, following all lab protocols and operational guidelines.\nRecord observations, collect data, and prepare clear, structured, and formal test reports for engineering stakeholders.\nComplete assigned testing within required timelines and priority schedules.\nMaintain laboratory tools, fixtures, instruments, and work areas, including routine upkeep and adherence to 5S practices.\nAssemble prototype components, jigs, and custom test fixtures as needed to support validation efforts.\nDocument QC lab and On-site discoveries, replication steps, and dignosis.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the lab and testing processes.\nCommunicate effectively with the Lab Manager and Test Engineers, with occasional interaction with Product Engineering.\nCollaborate effectively within a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.\nAdditional:\nExpect to travel up to 5 days per month. \nResponsibilities include all other duties as assigned.\nCompensation:\nSalary is market competitive with high equity incentive - be an owner and grow with Arrive AI.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems.\nEducation\n Associate degree in an electromechanical or related technical field.\nHigh school diploma, plus 3 to 5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience, including product testing.\nCore Knowledge & Skills\nWorking knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical machinery.\nAbility to program -
