Let’s grow better, together.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across social channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. This role sits at the heart of our global communication: you will create content for both global audiences and local markets around the world, turn complex, technical topics into engaging content, plan and run campaigns, and use data to continuously improve results.\nIt is a varied and genuinely interesting job. There is always a lot going on, the topics are fascinating, and it is a great team to work with. You will work closely with digital marketing, web, communication, brand & creative, marketing managers, country directors, and product teams, so strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential. With that variety comes a lot of freedom, and the role requires a high level of self-discipline.\nKey responsibilities:\nPlan, create, and publish content across social media channels (LinkedIn and others as relevant), managing content calendars for each channel\n\nCreate content and campaigns for both global communication and local markets, working with country teams around the world\n\nWrite articles, posts, and campaign copy in different styles and tones, adapted to the audience and channel\n\nManage, optimize, and analyze paid and organic campaigns across social media channels\n\nTrack performance, interpret results, and turn insights into concrete recommendations and actions\n\nPrepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations on campaign and channel performance for internal stakeholders and management\n\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather input and secure approvals, including scheduling meetings and following up proactively\n\nWork with designers, video producers, and external partners on visual and multimedia content\n\nMonitor channels, engage with the community, and support brand reputation and tone of voice\n\nStay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform updates, and bring new ideas to the team\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a comparable managerial social media role, with full ownership of channels and campaigns\n\nAbility to work independently, from planning to execution and reporting, with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline\n\nProven experience in writing articles and long-form content, with the ability to adapt to different styles and audiences\n\nProven history of managing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across different social media channels\n\nStrong analytical skills: you understand the numbers, draw conclusions, and know what to do next\n\nExperience in preparing clear reports and presentations that turn data into insights for non-specialist audiences\n\nFamiliarity with tools for scheduling social media posts\n\nSome experience working with images and visuals, e.g. Canva, Photoshop\n\nExperience working with AI tools, including prompting and creating instructions for content creation and analysis\n\nExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines\n\nAssertive communication style: you are comfortable setting up meetings, chasing input, and following up until things get done\n\nInitiative and resourcefulness: you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked\n\nCreativity and a good eye for what makes content stand out\n\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset\n\nFluent English, written and spoken (English is our working language)\n\nGenuine interest in and passion for social media, content, and communication\n\nNice to have:\nBackground in PR, journalism, or reputation/image management\n\nPrevious agency experience working with clients from different industries\n\nExperience with B2B, tech, finance, or public sector communication\n\nExperience writing for SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)\n\nAbout Arrive\nArrive, including brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform.
