Let’s grow better, together.\nThe Role\nArrive is seeking a Data Scientist with a strong technical background to join our growing Data Science team in the AI & Analytics Experience. The purpose of this role is to deliver data science products and impactful solutions across the organization, playing a key role in advancing Arrive's data capabilities and ensuring data insights are effectively integrated into decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage a modern data stack (including AWS, Snowflake, and DBT) and empower teams with self-service analytics (through Looker and Streamlit). This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Manager of Data Science within the DNA function. The team is based in Bengaluru, and key stakeholders include Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution partners.\nHow to make an impact\nContribute to end-to-end data science projects, from initial problem definition through to production deployment.\nPerform rigorous Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using statistical testing, distribution analysis, correlation studies, and visualization to uncover patterns and inform modeling strategy.\nPartner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on joint initiatives to deliver business value.\nSupport the identification and resolution of technical hurdles in developing scalable data science solutions, collaborating with senior team members on best practices.\nTake shared ownership of developed solutions, ensuring their ongoing maintenance, reliability, and optimization.\nChampion data literacy across Arrive by supporting non-data professionals to develop their analytical capabilities.\nPrototype Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering etc.\nStay curious by continuously learning and implementing modern data science trends and technologies to foster team-wide innovation.\nAbout you\nYou are a collaborative, curious, and driven professional who is excited about solving complex urban mobility challenges. You communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect, helping to shape our inclusive team culture.\nYour background\nAt least 3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a highly analytical software engineering role.\nStrong hands-on experience on Python and its data science ecosystem (for example Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow/PyTorch).\nProficiency in working with databases and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.\nExperience working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Airflow) and familiarity with modern data workflows.\nGood understanding on MLOps concepts - CI/CD pipelines, model deployment and experiment tracking\nSolid knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and clean coding principles.\nA Software Engineering background or an advanced degree (Masters) in a relevant area (e.g., mobility or Machine Learning) is a plus.\nGood understanding on the concepts like LLM architecture, RAG, fine tuning, evaluation framework for generative AI systems.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders in English.\nThis role is based in Bengaluru, India\nAbout Arrive\nArrive, including brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform.
