Let’s grow better, together.\nRole Overview:\nWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer to join our Global Brand & Creative Team. In this role, you'll help bring the Arrive brand and our mobile parking brands to life across social media, digital advertising, App Store and Google Play Store listings, and CRM communications.\nYou'll design, animate, and optimize engaging digital assets for global campaigns and localized markets, including social media visuals, motion graphics, app store assets, email campaigns, and promotional content.\nYou'll combine creative design skills with expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools, working closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and improve campaign performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign static and animated digital advertisements, social media creatives, and short-form videos.\n\nCreate App Store and Google Play Store assets, including screenshots and promotional graphics.\n\nDevelop CRM campaign creatives, email visuals, in-app graphics, and promotional banners.\n\nMaintain brand consistency across global campaigns and localized markets.\n\nManage Figma design systems, components, and creative libraries.\n\nDesign professional presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint.\n\nCollaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize creative performance.\n\nRequired Skills:\n3+ years of experience in digital design within an in-house creative team or brand design agency.\n\nHigh proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro).\n\nExperience with modern animation and motion design tools.\n\nUnderstanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), social media design, and responsive email design.\n\nHands-on experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content.\n\nExperience designing multi-market assets and managing localized design variants.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience in technology platforms, urban mobility, or app-based services.\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layouts.\n\nPortfolio demonstrating performance-driven creatives and A/B testing.\n\nAdobe InDesign experience across digital and print collateral.\n\nAdvanced Google Slides presentation design.\n\nExperience using Asana for task management.\n\nExperience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Jitter, or Rive.\n\nWhy Join Arrive?\nContribute to a global mobility platform with a broad international audience.\n\nCollaborate with global brand, marketing, and product teams.\n\nCreate digital experiences that help simplify urban mobility.\n\nAbout Arrive\nArrive, including brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform.
