The Role
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in finance and strategic problem-solving to join the Finance Strategy team. The role sits at the centre of important business decisions, providing financial rigour across strategic investments, organic growth initiatives, and M&A processes, while working closely with senior decision-makers across the organisation.
The ideal candidate approaches problems with structure and a natural attention to detail. You are equally at home working through complex financial analysis as you are synthesising findings for a senior audience. The role offers genuine exposure to the topics and people that drive the business forward - across a company active in more than 90 countries.
Your Impact
Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation
Conduct financial analysis of the business to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate capital investments, organic initiatives, and strategic projects.
Support M&A processes by representing Finance in relevant workstreams including financial analysis, synergy evaluation, and financial planning for integration.
Reporting & Stakeholder Materials
Support recurring finance deliverables such as budget presentations and investor reporting and handle ad-hoc requests from owners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure analytical rigour and presentation quality across key materials for senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify and drive improvements to models, processes, and ways of working across the team's areas of responsibility.
Your Background
3-5 years of experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance, where strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills were central to the work.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to prepare clear, compelling presentation materials that distil complex topics for senior audiences.
A clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and holding yourself to a high standard, you take ownership of your work and deliver when it matters.
