Let’s grow better, together.\nThe Role\nAs a Partner Success Representative within the Parking Business Unit, you will ensure the seamless implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Arrive’s core software solutions and services. The Partner Success Team plays a vital role in building trust and strong relationships with partners by supporting their day-to-day operations and ensuring crucial stages in the collaboration are managed successfully.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders-including Account Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D)-and work directly with external partners to identify their needs and drive forward continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact urban mobility by supporting our vision to create more livable cities.\nHow to make an impact\nProvide excellent operational support for new and existing partners.\n\nImplement the company's standard core products and services according to customer specifications.\n\nConfigure, release, and maintain our core software solutions.\n\nConduct quality assurance and testing of products and services, striving for continuous improvement.\n\nOrder, review, and roll out signage and promotional materials.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally across business units with key stakeholders in Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and R&D.\n\nActively utilize the CRM system to manage orders, handle inquiries, and maintain high standards of data quality.\n\nAbout you\nYou are a collaborative, solution-oriented professional with a strong passion for supporting partners and helping them succeed. You possess a keen analytical mind that enjoys interpreting data and recognizing patterns, combined with the technical curiosity needed to understand complex system integrations.
