For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. As Revenue Operations Manager for our Automotive & Data (A&D) business unit, you will design and own the operating system that powers A&D's global commercial organisation - with the freedom to shape it right from day one.

Working within the Global Revenue Operations function and based in our London office, you'll become the go-to operational voice of the A&D business - the person commercial leaders turn to when they need clarity, confidence, and a system that actually works. You'll form deep, trusted partnerships with A&D's sales leadership, the Commercial Operations Manager, the COO, and key stakeholders across Finance, GTM Operations, and Product. Your work will be the connective tissue between the business's ambitions and the infrastructure that makes them achievable.

This isn't a role about maintaining the status quo. It's about establishing the governance, CRM foundations, shared processes, operating cadence, reporting, and commercial discipline that enable predictable, scalable growth - and progressively embedding that capability into the business as it matures. You'll report directly to the Revenue Operations Director overseeing A&D.

How to make an impact

A&D Operational Partnership

This is where it begins. To support the business growth and before systems can scale, the business needs to be heard - and you'll be the person doing the listening.

  • Embed yourself as the primary operational partner to A&D's Commercial Operations Manager and commercial leaders, earning the credibility to become their first call when something needs to work better.

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of A&D in Salesforce and associated tooling - pipeline structure, opportunity stages, reporting views, forecasting cadences - standing up an operational foundation that gives the business unit full confidence from day one.

  • Translate the business's commercial needs into scalable system and process solutions, ensuring what gets built reflects what A&D actually needs to grow - not just what's easiest to configure.

  • Serve as A&D's focal point into centralised functions - Compensation, Enablement, and Analytics - making sure the business unit gets the right support, at the right time, from shared services.

  • Progressively transfer capability and ownership into the business as A&D matures, so your impact compounds rather than creating dependency.

Salesforce & Systems Ownership

The systems you own are the backbone of commercial confidence. You'll ensure they stay fit for purpose as A&D scales.

  • Drive and continuously improve the Salesforce CRM architecture that underpins pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and commercial governance - working directly with the Salesforce development team to make A&D's vision a reality.

  • Own platform consistency and data quality standards across the business unit, ensuring Salesforce is the single source of truth that leaders can rely on - not a source of doubt.

  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage commercial tooling integrations, keeping the tech stack coherent, purposeful, and aligned to what the business needs to grow.

  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards that give A&D leadership genuine confidence in pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and commercial execution.

Processes & Governance Standards

Great operations are invisible when done well. You'll build the structures that let the business move fast without breaking things.

  • Design, document, and maintain A&D's commercial operating model - the common processes, standards, and governance frameworks that give the business unit the rigour to scale without friction.

  • Enforce CRM hygiene, compliance, and adoption in ways that make sense for commercial teams - identifying gaps, understanding root causes, and partnering with the business to close them.

  • Build the reporting and governance infrastructure that keeps leadership aligned and accountable, creating the shared language between sales, finance, and operations that predictable growth depends on.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

The best systems are ones people actually use. You'll build the capability and culture that makes that happen.

  • Design and deliver training and enablement programmes that equip A&D's commercial teams with best-practice system usage and operational workflows - reducing friction, not adding it.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that remove manual effort, improve data quality, and increase commercial productivity - prioritising changes with the clearest impact on business outcomes.

  • Partner with FP&A, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align on shared KPIs, forecasting methodologies, and GTM hand-offs that hold up across functions and support confident decision-making.

About you

You are a systems-minded, detail-oriented operations professional who takes pride in building reliable infrastructure that commercial teams depend on. You are comfortable holding the line on standards while remaining consultative and collaborative - and you understand that great operations work is often invisible when done well.

You are energised by the idea of being embedded in a high-growth business unit while also serving the wider organisation. You move naturally between the language of commercial teams and the language of technical ones - translating needs in both directions, and making sure what gets built is what the business actually needs.

Your background

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations or business operations, ideally within a SaaS, automotive or high-growth technology environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - enough to translate commercial needs into well-scoped requirements, challenge technical decisions, and hold a development team accountable - without necessarily being the person who builds it.

  • Track record of designing and scaling common commercial processes and governance frameworks that improve forecast accuracy and CRM adoption across an organisation.

  • Experience acting as an operational bridge between central functions (Finance, Enablement, Compensation, Analytics) and business unit teams.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience producing trusted executive-level reporting and business intelligence.

  • A customer-first mindset - you understand that every process you design, every system you configure, and every report you produce ultimately exists to serve the end customer better. You build with that in mind, and it shows in the questions you ask and the decisions you make.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to convey technical operational concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, and to build credibility with both sales leaders and senior central stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Claude) and their practical application to improve commercial processes, system efficiency and reporting.

  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity: you look for ways to make things better, document what you learn and bring others along with you.
