You will partner with multiple business groups, connecting financial performance with the operational activity behind it.\nThis is a hybrid position, onsite in our Scottsdale office Monday through Thursday, with work from home on Friday.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Director, Business Analysis, you will combine budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling with ongoing reporting and business support. Your work will help partners understand performance against their financial goals and identify where adjustments are needed.\nYou will investigate variances, explain trends, and turn complex information into practical recommendations. Working closely with Accounting and business stakeholders, you will balance recurring deliverables with new analytical requests in a changing environment.\nWhat You’ll Own\nBusiness Partnership: Support multiple business groups in understanding financial results and working toward annual budget and forecast goals.\nFinancial Planning: Support budgeting and forecast updates by gathering inputs, evaluating assumptions, and maintaining projections.\nFinancial Modeling: Create and maintain models and analyses that help partners evaluate business scenarios and decisions.\nVariance Analysis: Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, investigate differences, and explain the underlying drivers.\nPerformance Reporting: Prepare timely financial reporting and maintain financial and operational metrics.\nBusiness Reviews: Develop materials for regular business-partner reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.\nAccounting Collaboration: Work with the accounting team to support accurate financial reporting and understand how accounting activity affects results.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to make reporting and analysis clearer, more useful, and more efficient.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2-4 years of relevant experience in a finance function.\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge and skills needed for the role.\nExperience preparing and analyzing financial performance reports.\nA solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and how accounting concepts translate into a profit and loss statement.\nExperience communicating across functions and explaining financial information to business partners.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate details and communicate the findings clearly.\nOrganization, initiative, and the ability to manage competing requests and deadlines.\nComfort working independently, asking questions, and adapting to changing priorities.\nAbility to work onsite in Scottsdale Monday through Thursday, with Friday work from home.\nFinancial planning internship experience is a plus, not a requirement.\nBenefits & Perks\nUnlimited PTO\nExclusive employee travel rates\nTravel discounts through arrivia programs\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company participation\nWho We Are\narrivia powers travel loyalty and rewards programs for some of the world’s leading brands.
