In this position, you’ll be part of the Post Production team, which is dedicated to providing exceptional after-sale support, ensuring that customers continue to receive value through warranty services and advanced levels of service programs. You’ll contribute individually and as part of a team to deliver operational excellence by addressing post-sale needs, refining product performance, and offering tailored support solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProcesses product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. \nInputs accurate return information on customer accounts \nResponds to and processes RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers. \nDisposes of or resolves inbound calls \nProcesses defective and non-conforming product. \nFollows up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with suppliers. \nSupports warranty services and advanced service programs for customers. \nCollaborates with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure comprehensive after-sale support. \nVAS / VAS Forecast Order Entry. \nOther duties as assigned. \nJob Complexity\nHas developed knowledge and skills through formal training and work experience. \nWorks within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. \nIdentifies problems and all relevant issues in both straightforward and moderately complex situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions. \nUses judgment and experience to handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. \nWhat You’ll Need\nBasic knowledge of product returns, RMAs, or customer service processes is a plus. \nFamiliarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). \nKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. \nStrong communication and teamwork skills. \nAbility to communicate fluently in English. \nWhat's in it For You:\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
