The position combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to ensure business objectives are successfully translated into scalable platform solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nOwn and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.\nDefine and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.\nGather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nFacilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.\nPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.\nDrive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.\nManage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce\nOperates with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.\nContributes to process improvements\nLeads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.\nEvaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.\nInfluences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.\nSalesforce Administration\nProvide day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments\nDesign, configure, and support declarative Salesforce solutions including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Record Types, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, and Permission Models.\nManage data integrity, governance, system adoption, and platform compliance with established business and security standards.\nSupport integrations between Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other business applications.\nManage daily support cases and enhancement requests.\nCoordinate issue triage and resolution activities.\nManage users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and application security.\nAdminister and support Salesforce Experience Cloud environments, including partner-facing experiences, security, user access, and adoption initiatives.\nSupport release planning, deployment validation, and production readiness activities across Salesforce and ArrowSphere platforms.\nProduct Owner\nServe as the functional subject matter expert for Salesforce, driving platform enhancements, partner onboarding capabilities, subscription lifecycle improvements, and operational process optimization.\nDesigns, maintains, and implements effective & efficient business processes utilizing their subject matter expertise in Arrows End to End business processes, systems and process improvement methodology. With the extended Business Team (Executive Sponsor, Managers & Super Users) ensure we deliver and sustain effective process consistency, excellence, and adoption to support Business strategies and goals. Promotes a process driven ethos and continuous improvement mindset\nWorks with other process team members to identify and optimize global linkage and alignment on changes and implementation of processes\nDefines & monitors end-to-end process metrics to identify performance issues and resolution with business owners\nLead requirements gathering, business process design, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment activities to ensure delivery of scalable solutions that support business objectives and operational KPIs.\nPerform business validation testing for releases and deployments.\nSupport UAT planning and execution.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications)\nRequires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration\nLeads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.\nEvaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.\nInfluences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.\nMust be able to handle all technical support inquiries for Salesforce and adjacent Salesforce tools such as Outlook Add-ins, SalesLoft, and integrated systems such as Power BI and other Arrow Salesforce Orgs via SF-to-SF Connectors\nProvide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.\nProficiency with Salesforce automation capabilities, including Flow Builder, approval processes, and declarative automation best practices.\nStrong Salesforce configuration and administration experience required. Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and custom development methodologies is preferred.\nMust be extremely proficient in SFDC data modeling for reports and dashboards.\nInteract directly with partners, managers, and users as necessary to analyze user story objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instance (includes being proficient in detailed user story requirements gathering, documentation/write-ups, acceptance criteria, goals, and assumptions).\nActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience\nDemonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, data modeling, automation, security, and platform configuration, with experience partnering with developers, architects, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.\n5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.\n3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.\nStrong requirements gathering and documentation skills.\nExperience supporting platform integrations.\nThe Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:\nSalesforce ADM-201 Certification + Experience\nSalesforce Business Analyst Certification + Experience\nSalesforce Service Cloud Certification + Experience\nSalesforce Experience Cloud Certification + Experience\nSalesforce AI Associate\nSalesforce Agentforce Specialist\nSalesforce Platform App Builder Certification.\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).\nJIRA knowledge and Experience\nExperience with integration of Marketing data and systems like Eloqua, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator\nProficient in Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)\nVisio (or similar diagramming tool) experience a plus\nInternal ECS application experience including mWs, Oracle Ascent EBS (ERP), PowerBI, ArrowSphere Marketplace & MyBusiness\nExperience with Scrum Agile\nProficient in JIRA to write user stories, bugs, requirements, acceptance criteriaUser Stories\nAcceptance Criteria\nProcess Flows\nFunctional Requirements\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to independently manage competing priorities and initiatives.\nExperience / Education\nTypically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
