Support AssociateJob Description:\n1. 営業支援・顧客対応\n主に間接販売を担当する顧客に対し、日々の営業支援およびカスタマーサービスを提供する \n高い顧客満足度を維持しながら、社内業務プロセスの効率化を考慮した営業支援を行う \nフィールドセールス、技術部門、サプライヤーマーケティング、製造拠点、購買部門などの社内部門、サプライヤー、および顧客との連携窓口として業務を遂行する \n顧客の要望を先回りして把握し、迅速かつ効果的に対応する \n2. 受注処理（Order Processing）\nPO（注文書）の内容を確認し、価格、輸送条件、配送方法、技術仕様、品番、その他顧客固有の要件を確認したうえで、正確かつ迅速に受注処理を行う \n注文登録前に顧客との相違点を解消する \nArrow ERPシステムへ受注登録を行い、複雑な案件はShared Servicesチームと連携して解決する \nバックログレポートを確認し、製品コスト、納期要求、サプライヤー在庫状況を考慮しながら最適な受注対応を行う \n3. カスタマーサービス・サービスリクエスト対応\nSOW（Service Level Agreement）に基づく顧客サービスレベルを維持する \n注文状況、RMA（返品承認）、請求書・注文確認書、与信状況、納期短縮依頼、出荷要件などに関する問い合わせへ迅速かつ適切に対応する \n製品返品や保守契約解除の依頼内容をOracle ERPへ登録する \n必要な情報を確認したうえで、ガイドラインに基づき受付可否を判断する \n4. バックログ・請求・請求差異対応\n受注から請求までのバックログ、サービスリクエスト、RMA案件を管理する \nオープンオーダーやRMAを継続的に確認し、サプライヤーによる出荷・請求状況を把握する \n価格、数量、入庫実績、運賃、税コードなどの差異によるサプライヤー請求書の不一致やクレームを調査・解決する \n5. 見積管理\n顧客戦略や見積プロセスに基づき、見積作成および受注管理業務を担当する場合がある \n職務レベル（Job Complexity）\n業務研修および実務経験を通じて必要な知識・スキルを習得している \n当該業務分野での経験者向けの初級～中級レベルのポジション \n定められた手順に従い、適度な監督のもとで業務を遂行する \n比較的単純な状況において課題を特定し、標準的な手順に従って適切な判断を行う \n英語を使用した業務に抵抗のない方\n英語でのメールやシステム利用に抵抗のない方\n必要な経験・学歴（Experience / Education）\n短期大学・専門学校卒業（2年制）＋2～4年の関連業務経験 \nまたは高校卒業＋同等の実務経験
