At Arrow, our Customer Support professionals help drive operational excellence by connecting people, improving processes, and enabling collaboration across our global organization.\nJoin our team as a Customer Support Associate at our Chicago office!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProvide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.\nBacklog Management. Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including but not limited to: managing on-time delivery, customer scorecards, adjusting customer contract request dates in accordance with Federal Regulations, expediting to meet need dates, etc.\nSupport sales team with direct customer contact for Quality assurance processes. Providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites. Handle branch service requests (sure ship and sure receipt), RMA (Return Material Authorization), initiate CAR (Corrective Action Request) FQR (Field Quality Request) analysis, submit Customer Surveys (NAFTA, ISO Cert’s, Quality, etc.) and correct post-delivery issues (wrong carrier, wrong packaging, wrong shipping account, etc.) while working origin of any SMI (Slow Moving Inventory) and Sludge.\nLaison between customer, Inside Sales, and suppliers. This requires customer-facing activities including attending customer calls to review critical item status and escalations on issues with follow-through to resolution.\nCollaboration with internal personnel to include Asset, Field Sales, Quality, Transportation, and Inside Sales.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nTypically requires a 2-year degree or 2-4 years of experience.\nIntermediate Excel skills required\nStrong communication skills (written, verbal, listening)\nAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in ERP systems and related tools.\nSkilled in problem-solving, escalation management, and assertive communication.\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.\nWork Arrangement:\nHybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home (Monday, Tuesday, Friday in office)\nWhat’s In It For You :\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
