You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nThe ERP Functional Analyst must be proficient in GL, AP, AR, CM, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and the accounting flows across these modules. The role requires strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and their integration points.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nAct as the Functional SME for Oracle EBS Financials while providing strategic guidance to business stakeholders.\n\nLead and manage Oracle-related projects from concept, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support through final delivery.\n\nPartner with business users to define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and success criteria.\n\nDrive project planning, status tracking, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, and overall project governance.\n\nProvide user support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.\n\nDocument business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and operational procedures to develop functional specifications and system solutions.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business users, vendors, and support teams, to ensure successful project execution.\n\nAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.\n\nConduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and support business adoption of new solutions.\n\nIdentify and document application integration requirements.\n\nRecommend and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes and system capabilities.\n\nEnhance process flows, documentation, and Oracle support procedures to improve user efficiency and competency.\n\nManage enhancement requests, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nMaintain a stable and accurate Oracle Applications production environment that meets business requirements.\n\nCreate, manage, and coordinate Oracle Support (Metalink) Service Requests as needed.\n\nEnsure delivered solutions meet quality standards, business expectations, and project objectives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n12+ years of experience in Oracle Applications functional consulting, business analysis, and project delivery.\n\nProven experience leading Oracle ERP projects from initiation through successful implementation and production stabilization.\n\nStrong understanding of Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting -
