Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.\nAs a Field Application Engineer, you'll be working in in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives and the engineering team to sell and promote solutions regarding Interconnect, Passive, Electromechanical (IP&E) and Power Supply products to our customers. You'll be delivering customized solutions and providing technical advice and support for customers.\nThis position can be based within commutable distance to our offices in Clamart, France.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n· Providing technical knowledge and expertise\n· Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of technical proposal to the clients\n· Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy\n· Regular customer visiting & reporting into Arrow’s CRM\n· Continuously being trained in the latest technologies\n· In cooperation with the sales force, analyze at local level and other engineering departments, the markets and customers where to develop technical proposal actions\n· Support customers' designers with technical proposals within specific macro-technologies on board & off the board\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n· Relevant experience with IP&E technologies\n· Electronic or Electric degrees are highly considered\n· Mechanical or Mechatronic degrees will be positively considered\n· Developing of customized specifications utilizing 3D software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor is positively considered\n· Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills\n· Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology\n· A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn\n· Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload\n· Ability to cooperate and to work within the team.\nWhat's In It For You:\n· Growth Opportunities\n· Challenging & diverse tasks\n· Open Corporate Culture with a modern and dynamic work environment\n· Safe and trustful employment\n· Working in collaboration with the Technical and Sales team\nArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
