Arrow FAEs are trusted advisors, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the success of our customers and suppliers.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDrive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. Develop an advanced understanding of the customer’s needs and leverage Arrow’s engineering and design services resources to identify & facilitate solutions for customers. Apply technical expertise to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies\n\nPartner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities. Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Champion return on engineering investment and design win priorities and initiatives by obtaining buy-in and support from sales\n\nWork with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their design requirements at the system and component levels\n\nPrepare and give sales presentations to customers\n\nManage top opportunities and opportunity funnel for assigned suppliers\n\nAttend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls. Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs\n\nTrain the local sales team on new products and help market them to the appropriate customers\n\nManage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships and keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progress towards initiatives. Deepen and broaden connections with key decision makers within customers and suppliers\n\nAttend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews. Develop and drive strategic technical plans using the supplier line or customer solution\n\nHelp plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars.\n\nThis job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.
