Five Years Out is the tangible future where practical meets possible.\nOur team is growing, therefore we are looking to hire a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in Rennes.\nThe role will cover the Brittany region and north-western France. The working model (hybrid or remote) will depend on the candidate’s location; however, the candidate must be located in the Brittany region.\nMain responsibilities include\n- Take ownership of assigned accounts \n- Develop relationships and be able to negotiate at all levels within the customer \n- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities\n- Be visible on sight - frequent customer visits \n- Develop the business to:\n- Maximize Arrows share\n- Maximize overall profitability\n- Maximize Arrow design in profile and technical sales\n- Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers\nCommercial\n- Pro-actively promote Arrow’s top suppliers, whilst selling across the breadth of Arrow’s line card \n- Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities within the accounts base \n- Regular meetings with Sales Manager to agree on appropriate actions and execute on these \n- Have a clear understanding of competition activity in the accounts base\n- Have a knowledge about Interconnectivity, Passive and/or Electroconnectivity components.\nDemand Creation\n- Drive agreed supplier initiatives during regular meetings\n- Co-ordinate both supplier support and Arrow FAE support to maximise new design opportunities for Arrow \n- Have a clear record of what development projects each customer has and what stage they are at\nSupply Chain\n- Acquire a clear understanding of Arrow’s supply chain solutions\n What are we looking for\n- Previous experience within the electronic components industry, including distribution, manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environments\n- Looking for somebody to follow EMS customers as well as Industrial\n-Technical Selling Mindset, Electronics knowledge (we are NOT looking for an engineer but a curious seller that understand how the Electronics business works)\n- Accountability\n- Positive and constructive mindset\n- Project management
