Additionally, you are self-motivated and business oriented.\nYour responsibilities:\nWorking within an assigned account base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend.\nDefining critical markets in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.\nResponsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base\nMaintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.\nDeveloping strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.\nMaintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace\nTaking ownership and managing account issues and complaints within your account base.\nPrioritizing time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.\nYour profile:\n2-3 years of similar experience, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined\nAvailability to occasional business travel\nSales driven, customer focused\nCreative mindset, able to think out-of-the-box, strive for win-win solution selling\nWell organized and consistently meets commitments\nAbility to work under pressure\nCollaborative approach, ability to work as part of a team\nTechnology enthusiast, solid knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies\nWell-developed interpersonal and communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills\nYour competencies and experience:\nProven work experience in business development or account management.\nEducated to degree level with experience in related business\nExperience delivering client-focused solutions to
