This individual will be supporting our new and existing clients with their new product needs. Fully In Office: Monday-Friday What You'll Be Doing: Supports key customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring Arrow internal processes meet the defined customer requirements and under the direction of an engineer creates and develops first article for firmware programming. Support key account customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring our internal processes meet the defined CSR. Acts as account manager for key customer accounts including order entry, tracking, etc. Under the direction of an engineer, create and develop products/documentation per customers’ technical specifications and by analyzing technical data to determine appropriate setup criteria and project completion.
