The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders while using modern digital and AI tools to improve productivity and insights.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including virtual training sessions, learning content updates, learner communication, and training tracking. \nPrepare training reports, participation summaries, adoption metrics, and learning effectiveness insights. \nConduct business and account research to identify market trends, customer information, competitor insights, and prospecting opportunities. \nCompile research findings into clear business reports, presentations, dashboards, and summary documents for stakeholders. \nSupport cross-functional projects by tracking actions, maintaining project updates, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Assist in measuring the impact and ROI of training and operational initiatives through data analysis and reporting. \nCollaborate with global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of new initiatives. \nLeverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to improve research efficiency, content preparation, and reporting workflows.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA versatile professional with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. \nA proactive self-starter who identifies gaps, follows through on actions, and contributes ideas for process improvement. \nA collaborative team player who can engage effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones. \nA detail-oriented individual who can convert data into meaningful business insights and concise presentations. \nRequired Skills, Education & Experience\n3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, business research, sales enablement, business operations, or a similar analytical role. \nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for a global audience. \nStrong stakeholder management and active listening skills. \nWorking knowledge of modern learning practices, LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and digital learning content management. \nProficiency in research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, company websites, and web-based research platforms. \nStrong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and data reporting. Proficiency in presentation and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Canva, or similar visualization tools. \nFamiliarity with AI productivity tools for research and content support.
