Acting as a brand advocate, the role translates marketing strategy, supplier value propositions and campaign objectives into compelling visual communications while maintaining strong alignment with ECS Marketing and supplier brand standards.\nAs part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Graphic Designer,\nWhat you will be doing at ARROW:\nDesign dynamic web, e-marketing and campaign creative for assigned internal and external marketing activity, acting as a branding advocate within the team and business.\nManage design projects with little to no supervision and engage confidently with internal and external customers throughout the creative process.\nDirect and implement design for high-impact business and supplier marketing programmes, taking work from design strategy and creative concept development through final artwork.\nIncorporate marketing strategy and relevant research on markets and competitor products when developing design solutions and recommend new creative ideas to marketing stakeholders.\nApply strong understanding of the different creative requirements for web, e-marketing and print and develop design solutions appropriate to each channel.\nOversee final artwork preparation and print-production quality, using strong knowledge of printing methods, paper and color techniques.\nSelect and coordinate external freelancers, designers, illustrators and photographers and manage associated costs and schedules with little or no supervision.\nundefined \nWho are we looking for?\nFluent English speaker with 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same role, Hands-on experience designing digital and print assets for marketing campaigns.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and brand-aligned design execution.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools such as Figma or Canva.\nExperience preparing assets for email, web, social, and print, with an understanding of technical requirements (file formats, resolutions, colour profiles).\nFamiliarity with CMS platforms or digital content workflows is an advantage.\nExperience
