In this role, understanding sales plans, being attentive to detail and problem solving are part of the success traits desired.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nSupport the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.\nMaintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.\nSupport the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.\nAnswer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.\nSupport activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.\nManage Workday reports.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nPrevious experience in related area \nAdvanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.\nProven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).\nAdaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills.\nWork Arrangement:\nHybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home\nWhat's In It For You:\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
