Whether you're supporting business operations, coordinating projects, or helping teams work more efficiently, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, deliver exceptional service, and help build a more agile, connected, and innovative business.\nWhat You'll Do:\n Drive Quote-to-Order Process: Prepare quotes, review customer purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, part numbers, terms), and enter sales orders into Arrow’s ERP system.\nServe as Key Internal Liaison: Connect customers and sales teams with internal departments-including Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Marketing-to keep business moving.\nManage & Resolve Discrepancies: Identify order or pricing issues upfront, working directly with Sales, customers, and shared services to resolve them before entry.\nDeliver Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and technical specifications with a high sense of urgency.\nExecute Account Strategies: Manage day-to-day quote activities and tactical sales operations in alignment with corporate processes and customer-specific goals.\nWho We Are Looking For:\nRecent grads or 1-2 year of experience in similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.\nExperience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, to analyze data, present reports.\nDesirable use of Power BI\nEnglish proficiency; with excellent communication skills.\nWhat’s In It For You :\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
