Serve as Key Internal Liaison: Connect customers and sales teams with internal departments-including Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Marketing-to keep business moving. Manage & Resolve Discrepancies: Identify order or pricing issues upfront, working directly with Sales, customers, and shared services to resolve them before entry.
