In this role, you will support business customers throughout the order-to-invoice process, working closely with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams. Most customer interactions take place via email, with occasional phone communication.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire order lifecycle.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include\nManaging the order-to-invoice process\nCommunicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone\nProviding after-sales support to business customers\nManaging customer orders and maintaining order accuracy\nMonitoring and handling backlog alerts and requested backlog changes\nSupporting customer reserved inventory management\nCooperating closely with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams\nDriving on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals\nBuilding customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving\nContributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement\nThis role follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. We operate in a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week spent in our Gdańsk office. To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support your learning and development, the first three months are office-based.\nWho You Are\nYou are someone who enjoys working with people and building positive relationships.
