The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving beyond conventional UI design and contributing to product experiences, prototypes, solution concepts, presentations, and emerging AI-driven interfaces.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign intuitive web, mobile, dashboard, and enterprise application experiences\nTranslate requirements and workflows into user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes\nCreate high-fidelity UX/UI designs and reusable components in Figma\nDevelop and maintain design systems, components, styles, and UX consistency\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation\nParticipate in customer discussions and convert ideas into visual concepts and solution experiences\nCreate compelling presentation designs, solution visuals, infographics, and customer-facing storytelling\nSupport UX for AI, GenAI and Agentic AI-based applications as the portfolio evolves\nExplore and adopt new design technologies and AI-enabled design tools\nIncorporate feedback quickly and work across multiple initiatives when required\nMust-Have Skills\n3-5 years of UX/UI design experience\nStrong hands-on expertise in Figma - mandatory\nGood understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy\nExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces\nStrong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency\nAbility to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts\nStrong creative thinking and visual storytelling\nComfortable designing professional customer presentations\nAbility to work collaboratively with technical and business teams\nFlexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment\nGood to Have\nExposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX\nExperience using AI-assisted design or image-generation tools\nUnderstanding of design systems and component-based application development\nExposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design\nFamiliarity with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms\nBasic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React or Angular would be an advantage\nWhat We Are Looking For\nSomeone who is:\nCreative but practical\nCurious about new technology\nComfortable with ambiguity\nOpen to feedback\nQuick to learn\nFlexible across UX and presentation design\nAble to convert complex ideas into simple visual experiences\nEducation\nGraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
