What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel. To Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff of Arrow Cores & NIC Components Operation To liaise with company appointed freight/transportation service provide on SG local delivery arrangement To manage the warehouse staff performance in Employee Performance Rating To Communicate with Arrow Internal customer; Sales/CSR on order fulfillment arrangement and provide solution to meet Arrow's Customer expectation To assist Senior Manager to manage and control the operating cost to meet the annual budget target To design and implement the performance KPI of the warehouse staff Understand the SG import & export rules/regulation in order to assist the internal & extern
